Comelec supports bill seeking to include voters’ education in HS curriculum

CITING the importance of educating the youth voters on electoral exercise, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) expressed support on the bill that seeks to include voters’ education in the high school curriculum.

With this, the poll body is ready to work with the Department of Education (DepEd) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) to formulate the Voters’ Education curriculum, based on a proposal in Congress. (READ MORE)
